How We Work
First of all we get your business
requirements for the system you need to implement. You can pass your business
requirements to us either written or orally. If orally we will prepare the
business requirements document for you and confirm with you that these are your
requirements. Once agreed we will estimate the efforts required to implement
your project and contact you to advise the costs and timeframes. This is done
for no charge. If you decide to progress with us to implement your project we
will suggest you to sign a contract which describes the delivery process in
detail. Contract is as much flexible as possible, so you might add/remove
features during project implementation. The costs and timeframes are then
reviewed and re-agreed accordingly. The project delivery can be split into many
phases, so you can ensure you're getting what you really need. If you find any
defects after the project is delivered we will fix them free of charge, but we
are not expecting this as it will also be thoroughly system tested.
